This week we’re celebrating with Founding Partner Ed Kasper and his wife, Janet, on their 50th Anniversary!
From the Fort Worth Star-Telegram:
Ed and Janet (Socha) Kasper are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary. They met on a blind date in 1960 while Ed was at The University of Texas in Austin and Janet was attending Concordia University. Janet often walked from her campus to UT to watch Ed play 3rd base for the Longhorns. After finishing college, they married on September 19, 1964 in Giddings, and have lived in Fort Worth the entire 50 years. Ed received his MBA from TCU and Janet worked at TCU for several years, along with elementary school teaching positions.
They have been blessed with two children, daughter, Lori and husband Patrick Kimball, and son, Layne and wife Jessica. Special blessings are their six grandchildren, Janie, Hannah, and Abbie Kimball, and London, Logan, and Landry Kasper. Ed is still active at Kasper and Associates, fitness, and tennis. Janet is active in Colonial Ladies Tennis Association, Roundelay Club and First Grandmothers’ Club. They are members of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
