Forty years ago in 1984, Ed Kasper and a partner (now deceased) established Kasper & Associates (K&A) with the primary intent to provide trustworthy brokerage services to owners of manufacturing, wholesale distribution and business-to-business services companies with sales revenues from $1-70 million.

A significant event occurred in 1997 at K&A.  Layne Kasper became the Managing Partner of the firm.  Layne is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy.  Under his leadership K&A has achieved remarkable heights as the premier merger and acquisition entity in Texas.  Layne is a warrior who prepares all of us for battle every day as we assist K&A clients to achieve a successful conclusion when selling a company.

Each of K&A’s principals and associates have years of managerial and company ownership experience.  Such backgrounds provide the foundation attuned to the needs of business owners in the North and Central Texas markets.  With our experience with clients since 1984, K&A has earned a reputation par-none of producing the finest comprehensive analysis, valuations and negotiating the transaction of our clients’ businesses.
