Cronin Masonry Supply Sold to Alliance Materials

Alliance Materials, Inc. of Keller, Texas (www.alliancematerials.com), a holding of Brickstone Development, L.P., has acquired Cronin Masonry Supply, Inc. of Weatherford, Texas.  With this acquisition Alliance has positioned itself in the most rapidly growing area of the D/FW Metroplex.

Cronin’s history dates back to 1997 when Joe Cronin progressed from being a brick/stone mason to becoming an entrepreneur with the founding of his own company.  During 17 years of ownership, Cronin’s company became the largest supplier of masonry materials, tools and equipment used in new and restoration construction activities in the Weatherford, Aledo and West Fort Worth markets.  Home builders, construction contractors and brick/stone masons relied on the outstanding customer service they received at Cronin’s company.

According to Alliance Materials’ President William “Rusty” Rogers, “Cronin’s gives Alliance a footprint and presence in a rapidly growing area that will only get better as the 7,275 acre Walsh Ranch Master Planned Development proceeds in Aledo and West Fort Worth.”
