Kasper & Associates Aligned with Compass Real Estate

Kasper & Associates (K&A), the leading North and Central Texas merger and acquisition firm (established 1984) headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is pleased to announce its alliance with the ULTERRE Group at Compass Real Estate. 

Formerly affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate, the ULTERRE Group was acquired by Compass in March of 2022. According to K&A Managing Partner Layne Kasper, “Our working relationship with the ULTERRE prinicipals goes back even further than our formal alliance announced in 2019. It only makes sense to continue that relationship under the umbrella of Compass, the nation’s leading real estate company.”

The alliance provides Compass agents access to K&A’s merger and acquisition expertise, including business valuation, exit planning and negotiation. In turn, Compass offers K&A clients a comprehensive suite of real estate services, both residential and commercial. According to Kasper, “M&A is somewhat of a foreign language to many realtors.
